Hey guys Josh here with a ???? most of you probly own a Xbox 360 well i love mine but lately i would put a disc in and it would read then sound like it would quite and and give me the whole "open tray" crap besides striking it and calling it a lazy peiece of cow dung among other abusive terms any LOL JK XD Any soultions?

mine does this when i move it.

I just give it real hard hit on near the disc drive and it usually fixes it.

the disc drive is buggered. i had that a lot, please insert an Xbox disc, please close the tray........please go fuck yourself i'm not playing that disc, if i've told you once.....now get that disc the fuck out of my tray asshole..........i'd have to open and shut the tray 6-8 times before the disc would load..........then the dreaded red ring of fuck of and die appeared

i sent it off to micro(wallet rapers)soft and they replaced the drive, the motherboard and gave me a new face plate as well.

its been fine since. good job i had a PS3 and a wii to keep me going

oh and as matey said, hit it, but i'd suggest using a sledge hammer. its probably fucked anyway

this happened to me and for some strange reason this method fixes it everytime:
Make sure there no disc in the tray, then hold down the A button and turn it off, don't let go of the A button and then turn it back on put a disc in(while still holding A button) and it should work.

lol i know it sounds ridiculous but it worked for me...twice. I'm not guaranteeing it will work for you, but word to mother it worked for me. Maybe i was just stoned
