So my current keyboard has crapped out on the colon and zero keys so I kinda need a new one as this is pissing me off.

Any of you have a particular keyboard you favour? I know they aren't as critical as mice when it comes to gaming but i'd still like a nice one.

I have the Saitek Eclipse II. Very popular boards, and great value. Not necessarily the best for gaming, but a cheap alternative. Only problem is, I got mine for £30, but there is now next to nowhere that sells them.

The Eclipse III is meant to be in the same league, but I haven't heard as many good reviews/recommendations.

If you don't want to buy another Razer, why not try the Logitech G15, which will be the same/a similar price. A very popular board, with good gaming features.

Logitech g11, it is beast man.

But really if you only play fps any board will do, absolutely no difference, i play on both this g11 'gaming board' and my default laptop pad, and i feel no difference.

The only thing I really want is low profile keys, the keys on this board barely have to be depressed to evoke a response, on my old keyboard and my brother's wireless Logitech I feel like i'm pushing down for ages before anything happens on screen.

I was actually looking at the Arctosa but good news! It appears to have rectified itself, I think there might have just been some shit under the keys or something because I took em off and blew are in there and stuff and nice it works fine. ()90:; <--SEE?!

I have the G15 (first gen) which has the flip LCD screen on it. Really nice, in certain games you can keep track of stats on the screen. For example in CS:S you can keep track of your KDR. I wouldn't recommend the second gen (or later) since they reduced the number of macros from (18*3) to something like 27.

Best keyboard ever is the IBM Model M. I had a version of that keyboard that split in half. Wish I still had that keyboard.
