Default Annoying TV

Okay, this is going to be sort of tough to explain...

But...
I have a small Magnavox HDTV in my room. Right now, both the Xbox and TV are plugged into the same outlet. I have an HDMI running from the TV to the Xbox and it gets kind of bent due to the port location on the TV. Also, I have the component cables hooked up from the TV to the Xbox. The Turtle Beaches I use hook up piggyback onto these component cables, and the other end of the cord goes into the USB on the Xbox.

I hope that made sense.

So, whenever I turn on my TV, then my xbox, it will start up, then the screen will go fuzzy and the TV will shut off, turn back on, and restart the Xbox with it. It goes fuzzy like 10 times, then it SEEMS okay like twice, but it still restarts. Then after about 15 self-restarts, it works. Anybody know why this is happening? It pisses the hell out of me. I might take a video of it and upload it when i cba

anybody got any ideas at all? any help is apprec...
It just keeps restarting... I feel like its the awkward angle the HDMI cable has to run at, it makes the contact loose and it sucks. Might try taping it down, see if that helps.
